1970s Set of Six Marcel Breuer B5 / B40 Dining Side Chairs w/ New Brown Leather Sold this early example was producedThis is a set of six B5 (or B40) Dining Side Chairs, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1926. This example was produced in the 1970s, likely by Tecta. The chair features a tubular chromed steel frame and newly reupholstered seats and backs in brown leather. The leather was masterfully redone by a saddle leather shop using thick high end saddle leather. The listed price includes all six chairs. The chair measures 23 inches deep, 18 inches wide,
