just before the game I noticed the sun starting to drop behind the stands on the 3rd base side of the stadium

Prior to the first playoff game for the Broncos numerous buildings in Denver have been changed to show orange and blue in the evening

The  exterior provided an opportunity to photograph the details and find interesting compositions with the curves and reflections of the metal surface

Chilkat Range at Night Size:16"x20" just before the game IOn a November evening I headed to North Douglas and a vantage point that I knew you could see the Chilkat Range in the distance. Once again under a moonlight evening I used a long exposure to capture the scene. The stars you see in this image do not do it justice for what I saw just a 15 minute drive from downtown Juneau. From this vantage point the mountains are the boundary between the Lynn Canal and Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve.
