Jura 13 Years Two-One-Two 700ml Bourbon chocolate dessertsThis is the first release in Jura's Two One Two series, a collection of annual limited edition bottlings. This version was distilled on Jura in 2006 and aged in American white oak bourbon casks. Before bottling, it was finished in Chinkapin oak barrels, which are native to eastern and central North America. It was finally bottled at 13 years old, with only 6,000 bottles produced. Oh, and what about the name? Only 212 people live on the island of Jura!
